I Hate My Period

This sweet tooth is making it hard for me to stay on my diet but everyone knows that sugar worsens menstrual cramps. No thank you! I should just snack on fruit, instead.

Try getting some powdered calcium, preferably with vitamin D3, magnesium in it and take it in water with a teaspoon of plain full fat yogurt or a tiny dab of butter. It will knock out cramps and ease appetite.
