This sweet tooth is making it hard for me to stay on my diet but everyone knows that sugar worsens menstrual cramps. No thank you! I should just snack on fruit, instead.

I only cramp on the second and third day, but that's after I reduced the amount of sugar I ate and started exercising. But if I mess it up, it's constant pain, diarrhea, and vomit for me :(
@goagainsttheflow: I get cramps on the first and third day. So weird. Taking a warm bath and drinking mint tea get rid of it usually. Mint anything really helps a lot for me. Maybe I'll try cutting out sugar! Since I became vegetarian it's been more regular.
@StreamofConsciousness: Yeah I found out mint works last time. I happened to have mint tea in my home when I read about its benefits and it worked like a charm!
