change of diet... genetics and... my wife cut out things that pained her and she started taking EPO (evening primrose oil) melatonin and stopped tap water, drank bottled (brand name) stopped dairy... yeh, she is going nuts...
stopped most alcohol. well now he is on chemo for cancer so she stopped all bad habits. (and she has no period pain at all now.. shame, seeing how ironical this all is)
the milk she drinks is soy... but she has to see which is a problem, it's all test drives.
keep a diary... hell do a vlog if you must. trial and error.
but my ol' lady doesn't suffer PMS now and she's at the age where menopause is a culprit... so far nothing, she's not even perimenopausal.
she had to see an endocrinologist and a dietitian )along with a cardiologist(
but it's helped BIG DAM TIME.
if you're lucky it's something you're doing.. eating, washing with (no joke) drinking... bad habits... even a brand or type of food you like and all you got to do is change it.
read labels, research.... all that, the investment seems like a good one.
