I Hate My Period
So aunt flow decided to visit me like 4 days early and decided to make cramps so annoying that I would have to wake up at nights and then go to sleep later.

@lizzy96 A cup of strong alfalfa tea can really help; the vitamin K in it tends to stop the bleeding.

It was just the first night and the following day that it was bad. I'm Indian and I love having plain yogurt with rice so that helped
