Hormonal Much....
Progesterone causes increased appetite, even if they say it doesn't. ... On Friday, I went to see the doctor. By the time I got to see a doctor, my blood pressure and pulse rate had stabilized again. However, it was decided that adding a little micronized progesterone to my hrt might help with my insomnia issues. 🤔
Nope Nope Nope...Not gonna do it.

After taking just two doses, my appetite is through the roof. 😐
I had this same problem when I was pregnant. My appetite was nuts. I gained 60 pounds with my first and 80 pounds with my second. 🙄
I am also seriously depressed, which is why the intermittent fasting and walking are not happening today. :-(
I am so very tired, so it might help with insomnia, but I think I would rather have insomnia than all these wonderful side effects.🫨
I tell you, I have been on hormones since I had my hysterectomy at 21, but it was only estrogen. That was fun enough, but adding progesterone just makes the roller coaster I call life all that much more intense.😵💫

UPDATE- Ok, I can also add, that progesterone makes me absolutely terrified that something bad has or will happen to someone I love. A sense of impending doom. It only lasts a hour or so, but it is no fun.😱 No sir, this hormone is not my friend.
I am writing this down so I can figure out what causes what in my head. 🤣
On the plus side,I was brave enough to keep a couple of posts open for comments. :-)
