Holy Menopause batman !

I didn't know sleeping and eating breakfast ( not at the same time ) was going to cause me to sweat 😳...

I am STILL fighting sudden sweats. My menopause was forced with hysterectomy like 5 years ago though.

Still. With. The. Sweats. 😳

When does pre-menapause start? Internet says 45-55. Sorry to ask, but how young are you, ladies? I'm getting nervous.
