Menopause struggles

So the past week I feel that I am back to square one with my menopause symptoms again.

I been on patches for over two years now and I am on 75s but can go up to 100s but can never get a drs app.

My head feels so foggy and It doesn’t matter how much sleep I get I feel exhausted 😩.

Today I had to go clean four huge houses and tbh I really don’t know how I did it lol.

Tomorrow got a deep clean on a big house and there is only two of use doing it.

I hate feeling this exhausted being a woman is hard work and if I come back I want to come back as a man lol 😂.

I will say I’m looking forward to a rest the weekend but Saturday I got to help my bestie with the wedding venue and Sunday is her wedding!!

Roll on my holiday that’s what I say I know I can just chill out and can’t wait!

Sounds more like your hypothyroid, with the brainfog and definitely lacking your B vitamins. Def get some sublingual B12 and that will help you all the way around but especially bioplasma tablets, using the 12 cell salts all in combination in one bottle. You feel so much better, I promise.
@LadyGrace it’s weird you should say that i actually wondered if my body is lacking something.. I will definitely look in to them!!

@Spiritualangel777 it will make all the difference in the world and if you are hypothyroid, you can get something for that online, which I take and you won't have that fogginess anymore. The product is called i-Thyroid.... just the way it's spelled with a small lower case i. Your problem is you need both iodine and iodide and that will heal your thyroid.
@LadyGrace thank you so much ☺️ yeah the foggy head is awful 😞

The Chinese use an excellent product that you can buy online for menopause and it really works. Our family has used it. It is Dong Quai.
@LadyGrace can you use that with HRT tho? 🤔
