This morning when I woke up, I thought I was having a heart attack because my chest hurt so bad. Then it dawned on to me, that if wasn’t my heart… it was my boobs 😭
I cried today at work because things felt too overstimulating mentally (I was able to keep going tho). But it’s not because I’m weak, I’m just moody 🤌
Trust me. Menopause is not fun at all. Don't rush it. I have been going through perimenopause which is the transition into Menopause. For seven years now. I'd rather be going through puberty again than this shit. At least puberty for a girl is fairly quick. But Menopause lasts for years
