I hate having macromastia

Living with Macromastia: More Than Just "Big" Breasts
I want to talk openly about what it's truly like living with Macromastia. It’s not just about having large breasts; it's a daily experience of managing an immense physical burden and heightened sensitivity that few people truly understand.
The Physical Weight and Pain
The sheer size of my breasts means they are incredibly heavy. It feels like carrying literal weights on my chest all day, every day.
* Chronic Discomfort: This weight leads to constant, dull aching in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Finding a comfortable position—whether sitting, standing, or trying to sleep—is a perpetual struggle.
* Physical Strain: Simple activities are exhausting. The weight pulls down and forward, making posture correction a battle and exercise difficult, despite wanting to be active.
Extreme Sensitivity
The size is one part of the challenge, but the extreme sensitivity is an entirely different issue. My breasts and especially my areolas are incredibly reactive, which adds a layer of complexity to everyday life.
* Overwhelming Touch: They are sometimes so sensitive that even the light brush of fabric or a slight bump can be overwhelming or even painful.
* Areola Size & Sensitivity: My areolas are very large, and their sensitivity is through the roof. It makes bra choices and intimate moments challenging, as what might be a normal feeling for someone else can feel intense for me.
This is my reality. It's not a fashion statement; it's a medical condition that profoundly impacts my body and well-being. If you are also living with Macromastia, know that you are not alone in dealing with the weight, the pain, and the overwhelming sensitivity.
Would you like me to adjust this post, or perhaps find some information on support groups or medical resources related to Macromastia?

Hope things are well, I seen a few females on IG who post their stories and make money off it. Not suggesting as such, but if you want a reduction that’s a way of doing it. They don’t sell any nude photos from what I’ve seen
