I Have Macromastia

I am honestly confused about what the word “macromastia” means as a medical term. But for most people I think it just means very large and growing breasts. If that’s the common meaning, then I have macromastia in the common sense. Anyway, I’m new here and I hope everyone else that is a member of this group is safe and well.

You are correct! Macromastia tends to refer to lighter weight breasts than gigantomastia. Macromastia is when breasts weigh less than 2.5 kg, and gigantomastia is when they weigh more than 2.5 kg (about 5.5 lbs).
