I think you've got it nailed, they usually say excessively large, I think it turns into gigantomastia if things keep on growing. (I know there's some others here with similar affliction, they may have better words than I) And welcome!

You are correct! Macromastia tends to refer to lighter weight breasts than gigantomastia. Macromastia is when breasts weigh less than 2.5 kg, and gigantomastia is when they weigh more than 2.5 kg (about 5.5 lbs).
