I Have Gigantomastia

Has anybody worn any of Optifit's bras? Any opinions about them, good or bad? I have a preschooler at home and I really need something that can hold up through a lot of bending and quick movement without needing to rearrange myself all the time and without chafing or feeling like my back's getting stabbed by the end of the day. Probably too much to ask for, I know, but I can hope.
