I know I can't truly relate to your struggles, being male, and that it's been a long while since you've posted this, but I know this disorder doesn't just subside so I assume you are still suffering. It may not be anything substantial, but I have done a bit of research on the subject and would like to make some recommendations about potentially reducing your suffering from this disease and ask a quick question or two if you would not mind answering. To avoid embarrassment I will ask in a direct message instead of on this public post.

I'm sorry it's so difficult. No one should feel that way about themselves.

There isn't any shame in being different.
There is shame in hiding because you are different.

Shame? Disgust ?
That is harsh. I'm sorry.
Honest question - what things would make it better.
Why shame ?
Disgust I know you are not happy with what is there. But Shame?
Do you have a pool where you can get some freedom from the breasts?
