What size are they? If the size is big yet reasonable , then maybe you just need to lift them up and the cup size will be reduced a bit along with the lift.

ummmm... I have no idea. I think they throw it away I would hope that they do. I think they can put it in other parts of your body like your butt... I think...only if you want. Not sure if they do that with the fat from your breasts.
