I'm in that phase where I'm having period pains but I'm not bleeding yet.

I hate it😡🤬😭. I try to hold off on drinking pain meds as long as I can because taking too many isn't good for your kidneys and liver and I've already put those organs through it.

This happens to me sometimes, I experience all the symptoms without the bleeding and then when I do bleed, it's a crime scene.

Hot water bottle, magnesium and homicidal urges may help
