Imagine how much of a difference that would make on mental health

Once upon a time I never had the security I have now

Without security and safety there is no warmth or comfort or joy, at least for me. I am feeling much snuggly thankfulness at this moment 😌

I know these feels. An extended embrace for closeness sake is absolutely huge. In said embrace, feeling the other heart beat and breathing close to your own is a great intimacy that sadly, some don't value. I was in a relationship as such, and she couldn't be compelled to care enough and would hastely retreat. That relationship didn't work out.
