A couple of days before my period I get this highly unpredictable distractive shadow energy that's just blowing up!

I see it as a challenge to have greater mind control ! But it's Highly, Highly unpredictable, I really loose my patience at an instance without seeing it coming! Without any build up, I'm just calm one sec and boom 💥 I need to get faster..
