I'm having a period every two weeks now. This sucks.

Bloating sucks. I always try to go into a fetal position, move around my legs and try to push the gas out <tmi> hope you feel better soon.

Isn't bloating from a period different than bloating from gas? I thought it was water retention with a period. Never really thought about it.
