She was a girl.

And part of the genetics test came back, she had Turners Syndrome
Which means she only had 1 X chromosome…

So I guess it wasn’t my diabetes that caused this M/MC. But I knew from the moment those 2 pink lines appeared on the test that this was in fact a girl.
