Do you pride yourself on having long hair and being pretty?

I have tried to break free of this prisoner mentally.
That my beauty is all I have.
That life is about being a narcissists and focusing on self.
I got a bad rep for being selfish because I excluded myself from things when people treated me poorly and whenever they saw me I looked well turned out.
But it's not that, I was focusing on making my life better for me and my mental health.
We're only here for a short time.
And I have poor health. I need to focus on internal wealth rather than external.
