Health is very important I'm starting to learn

I'm not sure what the cause is and have made various attempts to figure it out but I feel old.
I'm physically old but numerically I'm only about 1/2 way through life.

I've had severe anemia once or twice which causes accelerated aging to bones, hair, nails, and skin. I'm gluten intolerant which also causes the same issues and to top it off, I'm overweight, curvy, pleasantly plump, fat. I also have three curves in my spine a.k.a scoliosis.

Either way, my energy levels are only about 25% what they were two years ago. About mid day, I start a slow slide into tired. My joints ache and muscles pop in peculiar places and I never seem to wake up refreshed any more.

My doc doesn't believe I have any sleeping disorders. He eyeballed my elegant and slim neck to determine this. I was able to get a sleep study done but haven't been to see him about the results.

I take vitamins and supplements by the handfuls, not by choice but because the gluten intolerance causes absorption issues so every day it's Iron, b12, b6, DHEA, Vitamin C and then in the evening potassium, calcium, magnesium... just for grins and giggles I take supplements like ginger root to aid in digestion.

It doesn't make sense because I don't knowingly eat gluten. My boyfriend buys most of the groceries and cooks our meals and is adamant I have gluten free options. So it's not that. I feel like I get adequate sleep, my Fitbit tells me so. I don't appear old or sick, except for the silver starting to streak my hair but... I just don't feel good any more.

Constantly taking tylenol or ibuprofen to help the aches and pains.
Going to try visiting a holistic doctor and see what pans out and at the very least, make time for exercise. Work at a computer, lots of work at computer, just might be killing me.
If I feel like this at 43 I'm sure as shit not going to feel very good at 63.

Get a few minutes of light exercise between every 30 minute shifts on the computer. Go for a short walk around your workplace. Stand up and stretch. If you feel tired lay down for a bit. Things like that.
