How long does it take to lose weight after a baby?

I barely had a bump, yet it feels like it's harder to also lose weight in general. My skin isn't stretched out or anything at least. I've dropped a lot of weight since last year but I can't help but feel like it's taking longer🤨

Weight loss takes time, most people can loose about 1 pound a week. I don't know if its different after pregnancy but it probably is. I know exercise helps speed it up weight loss and helps tighten things up a bit. Best advice I have is stick with it and I am sure you will get to where you want to be.

After my son was born, I carried him on me for most of the day, every day. That really helped get the last bit off. I gained 32 pounds total, lost 20 after he was born and we left the hospital (he was 8 pounds), and worked the last 12 off over about two months. That being said, my diet was pretty stellar. That definitely helped.
Slightly longer as you'll have a lot of things to take care of.

Exercise and Eat healthy , let the body do its thing.

You'll lose weight gradually.
