Mature women’s advice, welcome. Any medical assistants and doctors, particularly on womanhood, focused on the uterus and reproductive system organs, welcome.
Period was supposed to start today but was earlier on Jan 5th, 2022, and was bleeding light red that showed on toilet paper and whenever the pad was on, only brown stains were on the pad. Yesterday and today, it shows light red on the pad. What does this mean? Age is 42 years old. Does that mean nearing pre-menopause, or has that already started? Cramps are more frequent, including aches/soreness in mid-section of the stomach after intense exercise (crunches, curl ups, stepper) and walking around 2+ miles. I don’t walk as much when I’m on my period, but exercise is more the go-to inside my house. Had experienced recent headaches that acted as migraines, but the pain has stopped and sometimes have mild headaches here and then. Need advice.
Should I log for Jan 10, 2022 (or Jan 09, 2022 when I saw light red on pad) OR leave it on Jan 05, 2022 when there was brown on pad?
Am worried and EXTREMELY concerned.
This is for a woman in my family who is experiencing these symptoms and had started her period when she was 12/13 years old. She is almost in her 50’s by 2030.
Important Update: She has small fibroids and has anemia (or had it.) She has been taking GREAT care of herself nowadays.
Thank you!
