19/04/2026. I will have to see my GP next week: I can't be bothered, but I can't ignore the symptoms anymore because they're starting to affect my life.
I think my Hashimoto's thyroiditis has gotten worse.
When I was diagnosed in 2012, exams showed that my thyroid was already inflamated and being destroyed.
Since March 2026 I've developed various symptoms of hypothyroidism, including joints/muscle pain and weakness, reduced tolerance to exercise, balance troubles, intolerance to cold and fatigue.
I used to be able to dance and sing for 30 minutes... and now I get breathless and dizzy after 2 minutes.
I used to run upstairs. Now I feel like I'm being dragged backwards.
No, something isn't right. This is not me. I hope I'll be able to dance again.
