Wow that’s an impressive collection!! I don’t know much about watches but I’m impressed by what I see.
I’ve only recently started wearing an analog bracelet watch again. I much prefer it to any Fitbit smart watch I’ve ever tried or had.
I have a Garmin watch that has GPS among other capabilities but it’s just annoying to have to think about charging it in addition to my phone and other things like a GoPro camera and the battery life in the electronic shifter and seatpost and tail and headlights etc. that are handy for certain activities (mostly cycling).

I do love that my parents have adopted and adapted to their Apple Watches because they don’t miss as many calls and texts and they don’t have to worry about searching for their phones if they’ve misplaced them. And I worry far less about them and their safety in general.

Maybe someday I will feel like getting one(Apple Watch) as long as I can find a few good watch bands that are as comfortable and adaptable for casual to lightly formal wear occasions as my current watch is.
But for now I’m just happy with a watch that looks great and tells time without needing attention every other day.
Great pic btw.

@whowasthatmaskedman I saw that you mentioned the capabilities of the computer generated spreadsheet information had caught up to what you were providing and I know of a few of my friends who have been in the same position but in a variety of other fields from advertising and marketing to finance and even interior design and advanced manufacturing in the cycling industry specifically.
I guess that’s just the way of the world at the moment. It would seem to me, (and I don’t know much about anything here) But if it were possible to achieve, the best way would be to create a hybrid of your knowledge and experience paired with a computer generated information model. Hybridization of the techniques that you’re capable of instituting as well as the tools that the computer can provide. Idk I’m just guessing based off what little experience I had with architecture where even though it was completely possible to use a computer we still had to learn the old school techniques for creating hand drawn drafting because it was theoretically possible that you would be better off if you were capable of both. But this was 25 years ago and I’m fairly certain that if I were to go into an architecture school tomorrow I’d not be taught and required to know how to draft by hand in order to receive a degree. But that’s about the extent of my analogous theory so I’m pretty sure that it’s more complex than I’m imagining.

ps even if glory fades the memories don’t seem to ☺😊 Thank you for sharing your insights and experience. I believe that it’s possible and important to teach others and to learn from others as well.

@RunTheJulz Funnily enough something like that happened. I have a talent for predicting the ripples changes in an economy will make as they wash through a society and the people and their reactions..( A little "rainman" like that) And the spreadsheet people on our compurt science quizzed me about what I looked at an how many cycles you need to go through befroe the reality settles..In time they got better at it than me. They had the science. I just "felt" the numbers were right..😷
