@Journaling4Me I have had food poisoning about 8 times. Once you have it you get it easier the second time. Once I have it I can barely tolerate a sip of water in the next 24 hours. The second day I can at least drink water, Ginger Ale or Gatorade. I can't actually eat until the third day and then it's only plain crackers. It is definitely not fun. At first I start burping up the bad food for about an hour. Then I add not feeling well to the burping. The taste is terrible. Then I just get undressed. I know what's coming next. The toilet while leaning into the tub with sweat pouring out of every orifice of my body. That all lasts about 2 to 3 hours. It is truly a horrible! horrible! feeling. I don't wish it on anyone.
