Of course, but the biggest determiner of weight loss is less food consumption. Eat less or do intermittent fasting.

I lost 6 kg. Now a month back, I was not able to exercise because I was busy with work. I gained 2 kg :-( trying to loose 6 kg more

@Silverheart - I have 55. Still people say, I am thin. I don't think it is 'very much' for you.

It used to be 54. Now it varies between 55-56. My goal weight is 50.
