Its easy. When i became a diabetic my doctor put me on a 2000 calorie a day diet and i walked 4 miles around a track 3 times a day. Lost 25 pounds in just over 2 months

You must find what works for you. Some ppl just are who they are. But don’t give up if you really want to loose weight.
