My father just texted me about a competency test

There are some changes happening he says and they want all non-ministerial holders of concealed firearms licenses to undergo a mandatory test.

He will collect me from work on Thursday and take me to the test range (a police facility) to shoot.

He is likely to detail what is happening in the ministry that has prompted this too.
