These exotic, and expensive, shells exist but have no practical purpose except starting a fire on a wood pile or making a loud flash. The top one is just a soft, blunt nose, lead slug pushed to maximum pressure levels. A standard pressure slug will do everything this special shell can do without the excessive recoil and expense.
