Yes. Some cops shouldn't even be in that profession.
A jumpy and paranoid person should not be carrying a firearm.
That being said , it's gotten to where the GOOD ones can't even make an arrest and when they try the suspect can kick them or twist out of the officers hands or strike them with very little to no repercussion for fear of lawsuit.
The media pushes this hard. The politicians do nothing but play to the crowd.
I'd encourage the police in these areas just to QUIT for awhile. And when the streets are overrun with crime. Assaults skyrocket. Burglary goes sky high. There's a wreck on every street ...
