Back to work tomorrow

Thankfully Joel's hand is doing a lot better and he's been cleared to go back to work on light duty, not sure what that means for a butcher lol. He was very upset with him self that he cut his hand. He'd been saying for a while now that he needed new knifes but hadn't ordered any. I would have but I have no clue what type he would need. Needless to say we ordered him a new set and they should be coming today. Man a good set of knives and new sharpener aren't cheap but it's worth it to make sure he's safe.
