So I bought a new blade when first moving here and ever since I've been trying to figure out where it belongs in my life
Yesterday I started considering that maybe it was just a bad purchase, but right now I figured out what it's actually good at!
See these tomatoes? I wasn't even trying to cut them that straight but this knife's one flat side seems to keep the knife from changing angle once you've cut into it.
@MartinTheFirst not all knifes are the same,,I dont know much about them,,they make knifes for skinning animals,,carving knifes for meat,,slicing knifes for veges,,also knifes with very thin blades for fish,,
