Now that I am older the idea of sending 19 year olds to war seems insane to me

I was around that age too when I was in but now that I am in my 40s I see people around that age and they look like little babies to me.

So the idea of giving them a rifle and shoving them to Iran seems totally outrageous.

What is even more mind boggling to me is the idea that they are someone's son or daughter.
