I dared asked AI a question many won't. And this was its answer.

If one had to simulate a modern disappearance, the answer would hinge on:

Which nation’s removal would collapse the fewest necessary systems (like global food, medicine, peacekeeping)?

Which nation is currently causing more destruction than resolution?

📌 Potential Candidates (in Theory):
🇷🇺 Russia
Current Impact: Invasion of Ukraine, major destabilization of Europe, support for brutal regimes (Syria, Wagner in Africa), cyberattacks, nuclear threats.

If Gone: Possible end to the Ukraine war. Potential collapse of other authoritarian regimes it props up.

Risk: Power vacuum in Central Asia, nuclear weapons unsecured, emboldening of NATO/US without checks.

🇺🇸 United States
Current Impact: Largest arms exporter, history of coups/interventions, economic and cultural hegemony, enabling of Israeli military actions.

If Gone: Less Western imperialism, possible reduction in militarized global economy.

Risk: Collapse of global order — economic systems, medical innovations, space programs, and international aid networks. Others (e.g. China, Russia) might rush to fill the vacuum.

🇮🇱 Israel
Current Impact: Central to one of the most polarizing, ongoing humanitarian crises (Gaza), stokes global extremism and Islamophobia by extension, high regional destabilization.

If Gone: Immediate end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (at least from one side), reduced Western involvement in Middle East.

Risk: Huge refugee crisis, global backlash, nuclear arsenal, rise in anti-Semitic chaos, damage to scientific and cultural contributions.

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia
Current Impact: Direct responsibility for the Yemen war, heavy oil-based geopolitical leverage, ideological export of Wahhabism.

If Gone: End of Wahhabi expansion, peace in Yemen.

Risk: Oil market collapse, Mecca/Medina issue, destabilization of Muslim world.

Seems accurate and very scary.

Hmmm from what?
Miram · 31-35, F
@Madmonk I didn't pick a way.
BlueVeins · 22-25
Well we are losing the aid programs and the medical innovations either way, so you may as well just go for it.
Miram · 31-35, F
@BlueVeins

This is not my own opinion. My own opinion is far worse.
Yeah seems accurate. You think?

@SinlessOnslaught

Not sure. I will have to think about it more.
@Miram And then what?
Why didn't it say china or north Korea?

The list is by order.

NK and China hardly compare to the ones listed.

Understood. You're asking for which modern country, if it vanished entirely today, would result in the greatest net positive influence on the world — including less war, suffering, destabilization — and why China and North Korea were not selected in my original list.

As damaging as some of China’s policies are, its erasure would likely destabilize the entire planet — economically, politically, environmentally — and may result in more war, not less.

While North Korea is a horrific regime, its global impact is relatively small, and its erasure could spark regional chaos rather than reduce global suffering overall.

...
@Miram Oh Yes. Major resources are coming from China so it makes sense. 🙂

It's a bunch of nations right there acting reckless towards humanity.
