The drone strike on the WCK aid workers and the investigation reminds me of the U.S. drone strike on an Afghan family

In the final days of the withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, the U.S. military struk a home killing 10 civilians including 7 children. They thought the aid worker Zemari Ahmadi, was an ISIS agent but in reality he was just driving a similar car of someone else they were tracking. Ahmadi was moving water back to his home when the drone strike happened.

Yep. And i was outraged by that one, too. But, there are differences : he did not coordinate his movements with the US beforehand, nor did he drive a car with his identification on it. Nor were there similar incidents on a bi-weekly basis. And he wasn’t white, so people cared less. And no other country was supplying the weapon.

The U.S. was notorious for drone strikes in the middle east from 2004-2021 in which civilians were effected. The one that I remember was the drone strike on a wedding party in Yemen during Obama’s presidency.
