Can Xbox games update without internet ? [I Love Xbox]

We been with internet since Wednesday we wont get it back until probably next Thursday but were looking into getting new internet. My sister said she needs to update a few of her games on her Xbox One. Will they get updated without internet ?

You typically need internet for any kind of update to an Xbox however if the disc itself already has an update on it what's a reprinting of a game then it will update that way my downloads the game from the desk
