Another update on Second Life. Just went in tonight and decided to check out what lands were still there and what had disappeared. Here are some pics of the places still around.
Baja Cove:
Da Vinci Gardens:
Kona Beach:
The Grand Canyon:
Just a few places I like to relax when not in the mood for concerts or dancing. Each place has it's own appeal. For me, it's seeing the creativity and imaginations of other people.
As I've said before, it's not a place for everyone. But it's my therapy, socializing magic place. Hopefully, I'll be starting my own clothing line in there. Still working on that.
Again, as always I thank you for taking the time and checking out my post.
@Glossy Hi, sorry I haven't been around to answer, but things on SL have had to take a backseat to rl for a while. My mother became more ill and I had to take on more responsibilities. So, though I started working with Blender, I just never got the plan off the ground.
@thedreamer1975 I just popped back in, primarily because I hate being so tunnel visioned. lol They re landscaped the beach some and the store is there, they have a few items in it, not a lot. Just bought a Kona T-shirt.
@thedreamer1975 Yeah, it's not like it use to be. But, I still like to head in from time to time. Just had a bad experience a while back. But getting over it, I think. lol
@SW-User I can't really say. I took a long leave from it, but there are still plenty of people that go to Tempura and some of the clubs/ballrooms. Kona Beach has always been a bit sparse, but that's one reason I like it. lol
