Did I buy the wrong keyboard/mouse set? [I Have A Ps4]

My PS4 only recognizes the keyboard when I hook up the Razer: Cynosa Chroma set. The mouse is ignored.

The keyboard connects via USB cord and the mouse connects via dongle.

Do you have a USB port in the front of the machine you can use? My wireless mouse does not work with the dongle plugged into the back. Probably too much EM interference

@stratosranger There are two USB ports. One is occupied by the keyboard cord and the other is occupied by the mouse's dongle.

@stratosranger Mine seems to want to connect via USB port AND dongle. But my PS4 only recognizes the USB.

@SinlessOnslaught I would see if there is some kind of pairing mode the devices need to be in to make a connection to your PS4 and check your PS4 Settings window. Beyond that I would see if there is more info online for answers.

@stratosranger Tried both. I think I just need a different keyboard. The instructions say nothing about PS4.

Oh. I have no idea which tech is the best. I would suggest your best bet would be to look up a product on Amazon and see what the ratings are from people who have purchased the same thing. @SinlessOnslaught
