I wish NYS had a tavern league like Wisconsin. The culture there is fucking awesome.

Dark, dimly lit dive bars with pulltabs and stained glass windows blocking the view in ans out. Bloddy mary's served wutb a free pony of beer, if you get too drunk to stand free cab rides home paid with Tavern league dues. People just at the bar every night chasing them down with friends over $5 frozen pizzas. No laws against BOGO night or happy hours, or power hours.
All because the bars have the Tavern League unionizing to keep the great traditional American drinking culture from disappering like it has in so many other places.
