Trying to get the most out of my 7900 XTX 24GB

So been playing a Wabbajack list for Skyrim called Twisted Skirim and in the beginning the XTX was running without batting an eye, but recent updates to list have pressed it near a limit on raw power. No Lossless Scaling installed or FSR turned on. Now I'm giving Lossless Scaling a shot and not sure I'm getting results worth mentioning.

Can't really turn on FSR since Upscaling currently has an issue with a mod called Improved Camera SE which I'm not willing to let go since I help test it in their Discord server.

As it is I just have slight stuttering when turning in busy ares like city centers.

I expected some strain from a 4k+ mod list, but I'm still going to try to gain some fps where I can.
