I Am a Gamer

I love to play my PS4 and playing games online, I got a PSVR for Christmas and I bought a $30 PlayStation card so I could buy Batman digitally.

There was an error when I tried to redeem it so I called Sony regarding the issue. Basically I didn't get my $30 and they disabled my account 😭.

Lost all my games, purchases so time to start fresh and make a new account.

It's happened to many other people. They just disable your account and don't do anything to help.

They just said there is nothing they can do, complain all you like but nothing will be done.

No, because it's a big company. Nothing will be done to them. Plus it's world wide and they will slip through your fingers like liquid!

@Mistypetal: It's the gesture though. If enough people make small complaints they can add up to a big deal to these companies.
