So I just completed the assassin's creed 1 🙉 and yes I enjoyed it

Kinda repetitive but I enjoyed getting better at it and the plot, the music 😍 the scenery so yeah definitely will play the others in the future, specially the 2 that lots of people say it's great.

AC is fun. All of them. Don't care what anyone says. I had a good time. But I LOVED Odyssey. Played as Cassandra. Was not disappointed.

@LordT idc what anyone says i loved unity. Yup im a sucker for graphics and it had the best graphics whilst also having the biggest crowds on the same screen, so - woah and so yeah it made me WANT to like it. But i also liked the mechanics and i also like co op missions . so i liked it. Only downside was in co op missions some guy would randomly drop in, get seen by a guard and end the mission. Or theyd refuse to go the end mission area

@LordT yes well yes I've only played one, I'll play assassin's creed origins next

@SW-User origins is certainly fun. It’s completely different to the old AC, so different in fact that I think it should have been created under a new franchise. The combat is totally different and a lot more varied, the crafting and leveling up systems so much more complex. Like most games nowadays it borrows mechanics from different games. It uses the enemy alertness system and enemy marking system of metal gear solid 5, a combat system a bit like dark souls, stealth takedown mechanics of ghost of Tsushima. And it’s hecking huge, in honesty I actually got fed up with how big it was lol.

@pianoplayingsteve that sucks cause I liked the first one but we'll see

@SW-User the first one sucked. It was like a pilot as every mission was ‘complete tasks, boss appears, chase after him, kill guards, kill him. Repeat’ ‘oh and btw find the feathers’. Yet it was a full game

@pianoplayingsteve to each their own, I liked it.

@pianoplayingsteve and hope not feathers.
Nope.
You didn't need to find them you simply received them.
It was interesting and great music too.

@SW-User ooh I’m thinking of little flags then. There were definitely things you had to collect spread around the map
SW-User
@pianoplayingsteve those flags weren't necessary, and nope, just missions. Climbing the towers yes or saving people.
Not collecting anything.

@SW-User I suppose it forced you to explore all the map when you’d have had no reason to otherwise, and it made for filler content before they started exploring side quests more in later games. Syndicate got interesting with side quests
