What are gaming chairs rated for?

So when you look at office chairs that they sell at Staples, they all have a rating for how many hours of use they have. For example, I purchased a La-Z-Boy chair from Staples that was rated for 8 to 10 hours, but the piston is broken, the faux leather has and continues to peel off of the chair (had to cover it with a throw blanket).

So I'm looking to see how many hours gaming chairs would be rated for. I sat in one at Staples but it didn't have this rating on it. It was on the other side of the store, and not where the chairs would normally be. The chair felt nice, like it might have a long period of time but I just don't know and looking for answers.
