I do, but I don't use the D20 system with my latest campaign.

I started a campaign about 2 months ago with two players and me as the DM. I wanted to used D20 modern but went with The D6 decipher (CODA?) system since my campaign is Sci-fi setting and they had the rules for Stars Trek and Star wars already fleshed out.

MY campaigns actual setting is on Destiny from Stargate Universe because I like the challenges that a heavily damaged ship that is stuck on autopilot presents to the players and the NPCs. To make things more interesting The campaign begins in Star Trek's Sol system with the players just graduating Starfleet. After graduation the class decides to celebrate on a the pleasure planet called Rosa. During the celebration a rogue Cardassian ship attacks Risa's weather system from orbit causing the artificial weather system to shut down reverting the planet to It's naturally extremely turbulent weather.

The player's characters are quickly teleported along with 50 other random NPC that were on the planet to a secret facility ran by Section 31 which contains a Stargate (Stargate Command lost It's funding and went defunct several centuries ago in which Section 31 took over the project after being dormant for nearly a century). While trying to connect to one of the gates on earth a piece of monitoring equipment falls on the dialing board causing the facilities Stargate to dial the 9th Chevron and connecting to the gate on Destiny which they find out only after passing through.

After 8 sessions a lot has happened since and is far too much to put here,

I wanted to see how Star Trek characters would deal the isolation and unknown with the knowledge of the 22 century. Further complicated by 17 different races all of which have their own ideals, goals, and beliefs. I like how It's going so far and players seem to really interested in what's going to happen next.

That sounds really interesting , I thought about creating a wild west type campaign but using magic and combat system from the D&D pathfinder realm

@Highonheels That would be interesting. Magic and six shooters? That sounds like fun! Magic infused bullets :)
