I Play Dungeons and Dragons
Looking For Advice
So I'm new to DnD, and so is my DM. I'm trying to keep the group we've assembled together but two won't be able to play weekly and the third is considering backing out because the DM wants to run Acquisitions Inc., for meta reasons, and the player doesn't want to try and deal with the extra hassle of it and play 'DnD Capitalism' as he called it.
The DM seems resistant on just letting them play as a hired merc. our franchise took on, thinking it'll somehow cut him out of the story, and I really don't want to be the only one playing this.
So if anyone has run a Acquisitions Inc. game, can you give me any advice I can pass on to the DM?
