Pokemon yellow game you got in 2008 from a store with half the price tag of $12 bucks still on it

It's been in a shoebox since probably 2013 i still need to test if it still works but hell yeah

As much as I love classic Pokemon I HATE how the saves are connected to button cell batteries and not an SRAM like the GBA games are.

Though Gen 2 is STILL my all time favorite. And that battery dies faster due to holding a save AND a clock xD

@AstroZombie i still haven't tested if it works prob not if it has been sitting in a shoebox but ya the save batteries suck and nice i am a gen 1 fan even in the newer games my team if i am able will be like 90% gen 1

@GeorgeTBH I've been playing since Gen 1 and I actually still have all six GB/GBC era cartridges.

Usually my teams are based on what I start with and/or wanna catch. But I also like experimenting with old favorites and new mons with each new generation.
