Aw that sucks. I play a game called Grip: Combat Racing which is practically dead in online mode, but it's still possible to find people to play with on their Discord server.

@DancingStarGoddess The company stopped development and hosting servers back in 2018

It’s been kept alive by the players since then hosting their own servers

There are several still up but I didn’t see a single other player online

I’ve spent years playing with only like 20 other people in the world but it looks like nobody is around anymore
