I have a question that you don't have to answer. I notice you sometimes post about being very depressed, having dangerous thoughts, etc.; and other times you're in a good mood as you post. I'm not criticizing, we're each on our own journey, but I wonder if it would be helpful, in your down times, to remind you of your up times. Of if there are things that help you arise from the down times we could remind you of them. Again, you don't have to answer; I'm not looking to invade your privacy; just looking for an easy way to be helpful.
