old video games

am now replaying Resident Evil 4 for like the 10th time now in anticipation for the release of the remake this month and gotta say that they dont make games like this anymore.
Survival horror type game at its finest.

any video games that you have nostalgia for that no new games today can compete with?

I just wish Nintendo would stop dicking around when it comes to the Switch. I wanna try out Banjo Tooie and Conker's bad fur day, I refuse to buy an N64

I love N64. When I was a collector I had several. These days I have a Min/Max mindset, though. So yeah, I get you.

Shouldn't have to buy a whole console for a few games.

And It shouldn't be so annoying to play old games but Nintendo gets off finacially from blueballing us, lmfao.

Time to go back to a handheld computer, it seems.

I love the Switch. But you now how Nintendo is.

@GeistInTheMachine I've heard that about them. I just dread them releasing a new console cause it'll be the same thing all over again, port the same 2D Mario games they always do and give us no new re-releases. Also, the yearly subscription fee is a joke lol

@Rolexeo Absolutely man. The prices were nuts and this is after they were cut.

May be better to invest in GPD Wins for emulating and the like.

Nintendo Consoles should be seen as more of a first party thing by consumers, way I see it.

They can really get you in the wallet with the nostalgia.

Like Disney, they make money capitalizing on childhood. Lmao. We eat that up, though. It's gotten exhausting.
